Weight Loss

Now we’ve said goodbye to another festive season it is also time to welcome in that extra weight that may have accumulated not only over the holiday season itself but also throughout the entire year of 2009.

While it is everyone’s plan to take it easy over the holiday period and be careful of what they consume, it is historically true that the treats which present themselves will result in the gain of a few pounds. This is on top of the extra pound or 2 which is, in most cases, carried by an increasing amount of people in society today, means that, overall, nearly all of us are carrying more pounds than is comfortable or healthy for us.

So what to do? The issue of weight loss is a cloudy one with so many alternatives available. The world is full of diets! Pritikin, Atkins, low carb, high carb, protein, gluten free, etc etc etc….. but all weight loss plans are not created equal the same as all men and women are not created the same. So while one type of weight reduction plan will be successful for one person it is often the case that the same diet will not necessarily give someone else the same amount of weight loss.

Obviously it is not practically or financially viable to sample every diet method on the market in the blind hope that [something at some stage will succeed. So what we should do is to look for an plan for dieting which is based on the practical considerations of examined body types and metabolisms and devise a strategy which suits the individual.

During the course of studying the various body forms and their individual tendencies to lose weight the creators of this diet plan happened on a major occurrence which is common to all body types, metabolisms, cultures, race-types and in this matter eating tendencies.

This common trait has opened up a new way to losing those unwanted pounds which is less reliant on reduction of calories or modifications in activity programs and more about focusing on those areas which cause the body to awaken a newly found hormone which occurs naturally in the body to trigger the increased reduction of fat cells.

This is achieved by tricking the body into incorrect beliefs on the type of fuel it needs at varying times of the day and causing it to release the necessary nerve impulses to the system which affects the way our body utilises the fat which is, not only, being put into the body but also being stored in the body.

The one remaining obstacle to overcome is a significant one which affects all of us in the achievement of those goals which are important to us. The obstacle of procrastination!
